Kaisa Hietala to join Rio Tinto Board

Kaisa Hietala Chairman of the Board of Tracegrow has been appointed to the Board of Rio Tinto as a non-executive director. Ms Hietala will join the Board on 1 March 2023.


Ms Hietala is an experienced executive with a strong track record of helping companies transform the challenges of environmental megatrends into business opportunities and growth. An experienced non-executive director, Ms Hietala also serves on the Boards of Exxon Mobil and Smurfit Kappa Group, a global packaging company. 


Tracegrow would like to congratulate Kaisa Hietala on this new, significant milestone.

Kaisa Hietala Tracegrow Oy:n hallituksen puheenjohtaja on nimitetty kaivosyhtiö Rio Tinton hallitukseen, hän aloittaa hallitustyön 1.3.2023. 


Hietala on kokenut johtaja, jolla on vahvat näytöt yritysten kehittämisestä vastaamaan ympäristön megatrendien haasteita, sekä muuttamaan ne liiketoimintamahdollisuuksiksi ja kasvuksi. Hietala on kokenut toimitusjohtaja, ja hän toimii myös Exxon Mobilin ja globaalin pakkausalan yrityksen Smurfit Kappa Groupin hallituksissa. 


Tracegrow haluaa onnitella Kaisa Hietalaa tästä uudesta, merkittävästä virstanpylväästä.
